NOTICE
ADVANCED REMOVAL OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS FROM ENVELOPES AND ADVANCED DEPOSITING OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Rockland will be opening and/or depositing early voted ballots at the Town Offices, 242 Union Street at the following sessions:
• Monday, October 28th 5:00 pm
• Tuesday, October 29th 5:00 pm
• Wednesday, October 30th 5:00 pm
• Monday, November 4th 9:00 am
Per State requirements, all Vote-by-Mail ballots received after advanced processing, will be processed at the polls.
In accordance with the regulations, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on November 5, 2024 at 8:00 PM. At that time the results from the advance processed ballots will be announced, added to the election day results and posted in a public place.
Early Voting Advanced Processing is open to the public.
